Canadian athlete Evan Ungar, 24, broke the Guinness World Record for the highest vertical jump in the world this day, exceeding 59.8 inches (1.51 meters) set by Justin Bephel in South Carolina in 2012, with a jump of 61.5 inches (1.61 meters).

The feat was performed by Ungar in front of an audience of approximately 100 people at the facilities of a Health Club in Oakville, achieving the new brand for the highest standing vertical jump, today certified by the World Records Academy.
